AI assistant for meetings

Know what to say in every meeting.

MeetingMate listens to your call and can look at your screen. When someone asks a question, it shows you the answer in about one second. You read it, then say it in your own words.

MY ASSISTANT — CALL WITH ACME 18:04
They ask
"You gave us a different price in March, right? I don't have it with me."
You see
In March you quoted $420 per month for 40 seats. They now have 58 seats. So the price per seat actually went down. The total went up only because they added people. Say that clearly before they think you raised the price. from acme-notes.md · added 12 Mar

Their chart shows 58 active seats but only 31 logged in last month. That gap is your opening. Ask what the other 27 people were hired to do — it moves the talk from price to value. read from your screen
What it does

Four things. That's it.

It is not a note taking app. It is not a chatbot. It does one job during your call.

01 / FINDS

Finds your information

Add your price list, notes, product details, or resume. When someone asks about them, MeetingMate finds the right part and shows you which file it came from.

02 / SUGGESTS

Suggests what to say

You get the facts and a simple way to say them. Not a script to read out. You change the words and say it your way.

03 / READS SCREEN

Reads your screen

Press one key. MeetingMate looks at whatever is on your screen and answers about it. A chart someone shared, a document, a spreadsheet, a page of code. You do not have to type or explain it.

04 / SUMS UP

Writes the summary

When the call ends, you get what was decided, who is doing what, and what is still open. Written while it is fresh, not two days later.

How to set up

Set it up once. Use it for every call.

An assistant is your files plus your instructions, saved together. Takes about two minutes.

STEP 01

Add your files

Upload your price list, product notes, past emails, or resume. MeetingMate reads them and uses them during your call.

STEP 02

Tell it how to answer

Short answers or long ones. Careful or direct. Write it in your own words. The assistant follows what you wrote.

STEP 03

Open it before your call

It sits on top of your other windows and listens. It does not join the meeting. Close it and the session stops.

Why we're different

Other apps hide.
We help you remember.

Same technology, different choice. And it decides who is allowed to buy it.

What others say

"Nobody can see it. Nobody will know."

What we say

Just tell people at the start. Most won't mind. We remind you to, because in some US states and in Europe, recording someone without telling them is against the law.

What others say

"We save every call and transcript to your account."

What we say

We save nothing. Your speech is turned into text, used once, then deleted. There is no file to leak and no history to worry about.

What others say

"Get past exam software. Pass any interview."

What we say

We don't build that. Use Practice mode instead. It asks you real questions and tells you honestly where you are weak.

What happens

A tool you can't claim on expenses, and your company won't approve.

What happens

A tool you can put on an invoice, show to your legal team, and still use next year.

Pricing

You pay by the session.

Time counts while an assistant is open, and pauses automatically when you step away. Nothing renews by itself.

Questions

Things people ask us.

Do I have to tell people I'm using it?

Yes, and we remind you to. In many US states and across Europe, recording or transcribing someone without telling them is against the law. It is also just fair. In practice most people are fine with it. Saying "I have an AI assistant helping me with notes" is normal now.

Does it join my meeting?

No. It runs on your computer and listens to the sound coming from your speakers. It does not join the call. Nobody sees it in the participant list. No one gets a recording alert from us.

Do you save my calls?

No. Your speech is turned into text, used right away, and then deleted. Nothing is saved on your computer or on our servers. This means you cannot go back and read an old call. We think that trade is worth it.

How do you count the time?

By the session. The clock starts when you open an assistant and covers everything — live answers, screen reading, summaries. It pauses on its own after five minutes with no activity, so stepping away costs nothing. Hours you buy never expire, and there is no monthly plan.

Can I use it in a job interview?

For practice, yes. Practice mode asks you real questions and tells you honestly where you need work. For a real interview, check the rules first. Many companies do not allow help, and getting caught can cost you the job. We do not build anything to hide the app from exam software.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

All of them. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Slack calls, even a phone on speaker. It listens to your computer sound, so there is nothing to connect and nothing breaks when they update.

Why not just keep ChatGPT open?

Two reasons. First, you cannot type a question while someone is talking to you. MeetingMate hears the question itself. Second, ChatGPT does not know your prices or your notes. MeetingMate already has your files, so it gives you your real numbers, not a general answer.

Try it in your next meeting.
